General Policies 2007-2008
Enrollment
Children 6 weeks through kindergarten age may be enrolled in the following programs:
- Infant
- Toddler
- Preschool
- Before & After School
- Menomonee Falls 4K Program (Menomonee Falls location only)
30 dollar annual registration fee required at time of enrollment (20 dollars for each additional child)
Deposit for first week’s tuition also required to hold a spot for your child
(Annual registration fee and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE)
Forms required when you enroll your child:
- Enrollment Form
- Health History Form
- Immunization Record
- Intake Form (for children under 2 years old)
Absent Tickets
- All children will recieve 2 weeks of tickets based on the number of days enrolled.
- Half of the tickets will be the first week of fall session, other half in February.
- Tickets MAY NOT be used in place of payment on day your child attends school.
Health
Parents are required to keep their children at home if they exhibit the following symptoms:
- Fever over 101 degrees
- Skin rash
- Continuous coughing or sneezing
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Excessive drainage from nose or eyes
- Other symptoms that might indicate a contagious disease.
A child who gets sick at school will be cared for temporarily but will need to be picked up within one hour of notification. The child will need to be kept at home for 24 hours, until the symptoms are gone, until he/she has had 3 doses of antibiotics, or until we receive a letter from his/her physician.
